About me
Hi, I’m Evalina and I’m based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Evalina Clothing is my personal design dream world!
Every piece is designed and sewn by me. I create clothing for people who want to feel like themselves — but louder. Softer. Bigger. More intentional. Clothes that don’t shrink to fit expectations. Clothes that take up space. ALL pieces are small-batch or one-of-a-kind.
My background in photography and visual storytelling deeply shapes how I design. I don’t just think about how something looks, I think about movement or purposeful lack of movement, mood, contrast, light, emotion. I think about how it will look from far away and close up. I like to be cutsie and fun and futuristic and also retro space-age somehow. Some 2000s and 70s and 80s inspo is also very much wiggling around in my brain during the design process.
I also work together with other designers to run a larger creative collective called Pugg Bugg. Founded by April June and MadVan Designs. Puff Bugg is a shared space of fashion designers creating weird, bold, joyful things together. It’s collaboration, community, and brings more fun into Albuquerque!

Simply a high waisted skirt with pleats on the bottom, it is white with black polka dots. I would describe the polkadots as a medium size. It is lined with a lavender purple thin fabric and features a hidden pocket!

Be a cutsie little butterfly this halloween… or this Tuesday … or Next Tuesday! This is a pink hood hat that ties under the chin. It has 3 decorative black circles symmetrically placed on each side of the hat and some butterfly wings that come out the sides.

A structured pair of shorts with velvet blue polka dots, the two fabrics catching and scattering light so they shift subtly with every change by perspective. Pink dangly ruffles cascade down the legs in playful, tumbling tiers, trailing all the way to the floor.
